Sams PRO Cleaning Services provides a Domestic and Commercial Cleaner Placement Agency to customers who wish to obtain help with housework or chores in their homes, office, or construction sites, usually at regularly recurring intervals such as bi-weekly, weekly or fortnightly, by individuals that are interviewed, screened, reference checked and registered with us as an independent worker for the purpose of carrying out domestic and commercial cleaning work.
we”, “us”, “our”, “Sams PRO Cleaning Services” and “Company” refers to Sams OCD Cleaning Services ABN 74 127 738 458 and included entities related to or associated with us, any successor or assignee of the Company.
“client” or “customer” refers to an individual that obtains cleaning services from us
“registered service provider” refers to an individual or individuals registered with us to provide cleaning or domestic and/or commercial services to our customers.
“service” and “services” refers to the introduction or placement of a registered service provider on request by a customer and the domestic or commercial cleaning services that are subsequently carried out for the customer by the registered service provider.

“Personal Information” means information or an opinion about an individual whose identity is apparent or can reasonably be ascertained from the information or opinion and includes any further Personal Information that we obtain as a result of any continuing contact or when receiving services or by the provision of services and shall include the sensitive information.
